Please be prepared to document your income and the other information you provide in the application. A list of required documentation will be provided to you when an interview is scheduled. Please be advised that the completion of the application does not guarantee you occupancy. Applicants will be required to meet income and family size guidelines and additional selection criteria to qualify.
Apartments will be available at three rental tiers, as determined by household size, gross income, and availability. Apartments are available to households whose income does not exceed approximately $55,440. Households will be responsible for the rent in its entirety, which is exclusive of utilities (gas/electric not included).
